The Buffalo Soldiers Motorcycle Club (BSMC) Fort Carson is a non-profit organization comprised of mostly minority men and women from the military, law enforcement, and community businesses all dedicated to the sport of motorcycling. It was established to foster education of all people on the role the Buffalo Soldier played in the building of the United States.
WE ARE NOT A 1% CLUB AND WE CLAIM NO TERRITORY
However, we take our club and our membership seriously. Our colors pay homage to African Americans who sacrificed their lives so that our country could be what it is today. Our colors represent a long history, and we wear them with pride and respect as a badge of courage, sacrifice and honor. To that end, we participate in youth programs, provide presentations and actively promote positive and professional images through our club involvement in community activities.
The Buffalo Soldiers Motorcycle Club Fort Carson was founded in June of 2005 by Mark “KNIGHT” Knight. Approval for the chapter was granted on June 18, 2005 by a unanimous vote of the NABSTMC chapter Presidents. A primary chapter goal is to become a positive influence in our community and to educate and inform others, especially youth about the history of the Buffalo Soldier. We visit schools, senior citizen facilities, churches, community groups, organizations, and institutions, telling the story of these brave soldiers. Our chapter is also a proud member of the Adopt-a-Highway program in Colorado.
